The Website currently describes cash/self-pay pricing of $50 for the first chip and $15 for each additional chip on the same windshield. Actual pricing should be confirmed directly with Precision Auto Glass.
Insurance coverage, deductibles, eligibility, reimbursement, and payment responsibility are determined by the customer's insurance policy and applicable insurance rules.
References to possible $0 out-of-pocket repair options do not guarantee that every customer's insurance policy will provide such coverage.
Customers remain responsible for confirming their own coverage and understanding their insurance policy.
4. Insurance Information
Precision Auto Glass may assist customers with insurance-related questions and billing procedures when applicable.
Any statements regarding insurance coverage are general information and are not a guarantee of coverage.
Precision Auto Glass does not control the terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, or payment decisions of any insurance company.
The customer's insurance policy and the insurance company's determination control whether a particular service is covered.
5. Repairability
Not every windshield chip or crack can be repaired.
Repairability may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
- Size of the damage;
- Type of damage;
- Location of the damage;
- Depth of the damage;
- Condition of the glass;
- Whether the damage has previously been repaired; and
- Other circumstances identified during inspection.
Information or photographs submitted through the Website may help Precision Auto Glass provide an initial assessment but do not necessarily replace an in-person inspection.
6. Warranty
Precision Auto Glass advertises a warranty for its windshield repair work for as long as the windshield remains in the vehicle.

The warranty does not necessarily guarantee that new damage, unrelated damage, damage caused by an accident, vandalism, additional impacts, improper handling, or other damage outside the original repair will be covered.

7. No Guarantee of Results
Windshield repair is intended to restore the damaged area and help prevent further spreading where repair is appropriate.
Because windshield damage varies, the appearance of a repaired area may not return to its original condition.
A successful repair may reduce the visibility of damage without making the repaired area completely invisible.
Precision Auto Glass does not guarantee that every repair will produce an identical visual appearance to undamaged glass.
